Chicken Cordon Bleu II
By FAR the best thing that I have ever cooked! Change nothing, this is a fantastic recipe. I've been spooning the sauce out of the pan just to have by itself, so you might want to make extra of that. It is DELICIOUS!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
Fantastic soup or stew, depending on what you want to make of it. Followed the recipe with the exception of using a package of pre-cut stew beef instead of the chuck roast. My wife doesn't usually like leftovers, but she couldn't wait to take this to work with her, where her coworkers were jealous of the wonderful soup her husband had made for her.

Anniversary Chicken I
Surprising combination is right. I also had to make my own teriyaki (the first time) by using soy sauce, sugar, and some corn starch. The next time I went to the store I was sure to grab a bottle of it. The ranch and teriyaki tasted great on this chicken dish, much to my wife's surprise after I told her what I was making for dinner. I've already made this twice, and some friends of mine fell in love with it when I shared the recipe with them. Thanks!
