Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was so easy and delicious. I used 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, 1 can beef broth and a package of onion soup mix. The meat just fell apart and it made so much thick gravy..I am going to be making this one again.

30-Minute Minestrone
This soup is so easy and it delicious...you could throw this together after work and have a great meal with nice crusty Italian or French bread..
