Fragrant Chicken Curry

I love this curry. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the changes I made. I doubled the spices and used raw chicken which I cooked with the spices and then simmered in the liquid.

Quick Quiche

This turned out really well. I did saute the onion in a bit of the bacon grease, as well as add some chopped broccoli. I will make this again when wanting a quick quiche....

Broccoli Beef II

This was really fast, easy, and good. My 4 year old son loved it. I did purchase pre-cut stir fry beef, added extra onion, and used the beef liquid from the pasta instead of the beef broth. The startch from the pasta helps the liquid to thicken a bit.
