Shredded Beef Enchiladas

These were good. Not dry at all(maybe it was because I topped it with enchilada sauce).

Broccoli Beef I

Thanks to all who made the suggestion to double the broth, garlic & ginger. Added some ground red pepper. Left everything else the same. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! I will make it again.

This was really good! I used seasoning salt, garlic powder, and red cayenne pepper to spice the chops up a little bit before adding the sauce. I made the sauce as others suggested 1/2 ketchup & 1/2 tomato sauce and kept everything else the same. Cooked only for 1.5hrs and they came out moist & tasty!!! My family loved them. I will make them again. AWESOME!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Yes! This is a winner!!! I made them twice so far. Did add cinnamon & nutmeg to the batter as others suggested. What a great way to get my kids to eat bananas!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Chicken was moist & tasty. I followed the directions(doubled the sauce) and added chunks of bell pepper and onion. Baked at 425 covered for 30mins, uncovered for 20mins. Added cornstarch to thicken the sauce & a splash of orange juice, and then broiled for 10mins. My husband and kids enjoyed it. The sauce complemented the veggies very nicely. Next time I'll use boneless chicken thighs.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak II

First time making this and it was a big hit with my family!! They loved it!! And yes, I doubled the sauce. Served it over steamed rice. I will definitely make this again. 5 stars without a doubt.
