Chicken was moist & tasty. I followed the directions(doubled the sauce) and added chunks of bell pepper and onion. Baked at 425 covered for 30mins, uncovered for 20mins. Added cornstarch to thicken the sauce & a splash of orange juice, and then broiled for 10mins. My husband and kids enjoyed it. The sauce complemented the veggies very nicely. Next time I'll use boneless chicken thighs.
