Fast and Friendly Meatballs

A good base to add in in whatever extras you wish. Personally, I add sautéed diced onions and mushrooms, minced garlic and fresh basil. Heat through with some canned pasta sauce and you're good to go.

I've always been hesitant to try a roast for fear it'd be too complicated. I am no longer afraid-cuz this was super easy-and delicious! I added just a splash of cider vinegar and an 1/8 tsp. of cinnamon.

Ever since I moved into my apartment, I've been craving BBQ. Unfortunately, the complex doesn't allow grills on the balcony, but this satisfies my hankering for BBQ chicken--without the grill!

Spinach Casserole

This is a base that has potential. I used fresh spinach,then added mushrooms, black olives and diced salami. For spices, I added a tsp. of Italian seasoning, a dash of red pepper flakes, and served with shredded Parmesan on top.

This was incredibly easy and quite good! I added substituted small russet potatoes for the red ones and added 2 tsps. of minced garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes for some added zing.
