Chicken Tortilla Soup V
My husband and I loved this recipe. I made mine in a slow cooker. I only had one can of chicken broth, so I substituted with one can of vegetable broth and a bouillon cube. I also added 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 can of diced tomatoes. It was DELICIOUS!

Homestyle Chicken and Biscuits
I thought this recipe was absolutely fantastic! It was easy, quick and delicious! I will make this recipe again.

Taco Pie
I used ground turkey and seasoned with my own spices and added picante sauce, rather than using taco seasoning. I added just enough cheese and chips to cover the top of the dish. I also didn't add the sour cream and, instead, served it on the side. It was absolutely delicious!
