Sweet Potato Pie I

I did add some spices and I used evaporated milk but this recipe is good just as it is also!Please try it ypu will not be disappointed!

Chicken Rice Casserole

When my Grandpa died a lady had made this spaghetti dish for my family and I loved it. That was about 10 years ago and I have been looking for this recipe ever since. I made it tonight and now my family is hooked on it too! Thank you so much for this recipe. It was exactly like the one I had at my grandpas funeral. The only thing I did differently was I used chicken broth instead of wine like some others suggested. By the way there was no left overs tonight! I am so glad I finally found the recipe! Thank You!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I made these tonight & I am eating one right now. I Was not able to get any of the first batch due to the fact that my kids & DH had them gone before I got done putting the second batch in.This is the best muffin recipe i have ever had. Better than boxed for sure. I did substitute butter for oil as I was out of oil & instead of the streusal I just mixed up some cinnamon & sugar. Even with the changes this was excellent. Thank You!

Gooey Butter Cake I

I just made this cake tonight and it turned out perfectly. It was not dry like everyone says. I made the chocolate version. It was not very gooey but it is delicious! You do have to watch it very closely while it is in the oven. I did not have the dried out edges problem like some did. The only change I made was with the cake mix other than that I made no other changes and I will definatey make this again. This is definately one of the easiest cakes i have ever made. Excellent recipe! Thank You!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the best pb cookie I have ever made! It was very easy to make and looks wonderful! I just made some and my last batch is in the oven. This is a very versatile pb cookie recipe you can do a lot with this recipe. I will definately make these again. Thank you! I did add extra pb due to the fact that my family loves pb and the usual pb recipes just dont taste like pb but my family loves these and I will definately be making them a lot more now. Thank You!

Big-Batch Butterscotch Cookies

This was definately a Big Batch of cookies! I added the butterscotch chips and was very greatful that I did because the cookies in my opinion would of been a little flat without them. This recipes seems to me like it could be a very versatile recipe. So i would tell others to try it and be creative! Thank You!
