Cucumber Tomato Salad

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
So tasty. This recipe is very easy. I had an Italian themed dinner and served pizza, cesar salad and this cucumber tomato salad everybody loved it. I didn't have enough time to mix up the dressing so I just used a vinegrate that I already had and it still worked out. Thank you for sharing.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
I used the recipe without filling the cupcake....Bad idea. The cake is a little on the bland side and not so rich and I think that's what makes it work with the cream filling. I did make some cupcakes with the filling that what sooooo good. So 3 stars without the filling. 4 stars with! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
I'm a big seafood eater and it was so nice to incorporate the spice to the shrimp. I made burritos and added the Serano Cilantro dressing shared on allrecipes.com. Last, I did not add any salt and was still very rich. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Cilantro Serrano Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
Very tasty. Now I don't have to run to Sharky's restaurant when I'm craving a gourmet fish burrito. I used this sauce in a shrimp burrito... and so good. I ended up freezing the left over sauce in small baggies rather than throw it away and it tastes very fresh still. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly and they were a total hit. Simple and delicious. The lemony taste to filling is what makes gives it the taste. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
Great recipe. I marinated the chicken for a few hours with lemon, garlic, oregano and olive oil (took away the gamey taste). I didn't have any bacon and baked the chicken without it. I mixed sour cream with the spinach instead of mayo. Browning the chicken before baking is a great idea, but make sure to have the temp. on high to avoid cooking the chicken too much before baking, otherwise it's overcooked.

Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This was a very tasty side dish and quick to whip together. I changed the recipe a little by putting in 1 Tb of butter instead of the dressing. I totally recommend this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2009
The cream cheese is what gave this recipe the kick. I didn't add any nutmeg extract because I didn't have any so I just replaced it with additional vanilla extract. I baked the cake in a round 9" pan and cooked it at 325 degrees F for 1 hr and 50 min. I checked the cake with a tooth pick and it was clean, but the cake "appears" uncooked, is that the cream cheese? I doesn't taste uncooked, it's delicious! For the last 30 min I placed foil over the pan to avoid the top from burning.
