Slow Cooker Homemade Beans

Very good! Make sure to add enough water if you only partially cook beans before adding to crock pot or they'll never get done! LOL

Mexican Bean and Rice Salad

Very good and different! Not hot like I thought, kind of bland, but good! I added it with salsa and leftover roast beef sliced to make a filling for soft shells. Will definitely make again.

Dilly Cucumber Salad

Fantastic! My husband and I cannot eat cilantro so threw in some fresh sweet basil instead. I served it on Sunday when my son and his fiance were over and everyone agreed it was much better than any store bought they'd ever had!

Moist and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

These are awesome! Very tasty, moist and chewy just the way my family likes them. I made the dough and my daughter made the cookies 2 days later. She used 1/4 C dough for each cookie! Even being huge, they're terrific!
