Slow Cooker Homemade Beans
Very good! Make sure to add enough water if you only partially cook beans before adding to crock pot or they'll never get done! LOL

Mexican Bean and Rice Salad
Very good and different! Not hot like I thought, kind of bland, but good! I added it with salsa and leftover roast beef sliced to make a filling for soft shells. Will definitely make again.

Dilly Cucumber Salad
Awesome! I added onions to mine. I was amazed when I served it the next day that it tasted just like pickles!
