I love the simplicity of this recipe. I did add a little extra vanilla but other than that I followed it exactly. Next time I would make my own crust. Personally, I really liked the cheesecake, but my husband couldn't stand it. He felt it was too 'cream cheesy'. So definitely will make this again, just not for my hubby. :)

I had problems with the confecitoners sugar too. They were good though even though my husband thought they were a bit too crunchy.

I used creamy peanut butter and evaporated milk and boiled for 2.5 minutes like suggested. They turned out great. They were sweet but not overly. They were some of the creamiest no bakes I have ever made.
