Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
this dressing is amazing. i've been using it on a salad made with mixed greens, almond slices, grilled chicken, and mandarin oranges. it's now my favorite lunch. soooo good. yum yum yum. i forgot to mention that i did use raspberry balsamic vinegar - awesome. and i didn't use white sugar, i used cane sugar - and not quite as much. mmmmm... delicious.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
i made this for my husbands b-day breakfast and i think it made his day. the only thing i changed was that i added mushrooms (hubby is a mushroom fanatic) and some cut up breakfast sausage links. I know it was super fatty, but it was his b-day treat. and boy, was it good. we will make this again. mmmmmm.... bacon

Sausage Gravy I
I made this following the recipe exactly. It came out great. I actually needed the bacon grease because my sausage wasn't very fatty (I used sage pork sausage from local farm - antibiotic free, etc.) But man, it turned out great. My husband loved it, I loved it. I will make this again. yum. thanks. (Next time I might just crumble that bacon up and throw it on in as well... mmmmmm.... bacon)
