Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

French Toast Casserole
This recipe was just OK. I guess I was just hoping for a little sweeter flavor, and I did not like the cream cheese in it.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Very good recipe, but next I will slice the potatoes thinner then suggested. They were not quite done after and hour and a half.
