This was good although I think I would have preferred it with fresh clams. It is very rich tho so be prepared to blow your diet. I will probably make this again on a cold winter day.

This rub has a great flavor and was a hit for Christmas dinner. My family raved that this was one of the best meals ever. Only thing I changed was that I doubled the recipe and made sure that there was ALOT of rub on the meat to make sure the flavors were tasted throughout. Everyone was pleased - will definitely use again.

This was very tasty. I made it Christmas morning and everyone loved it...from the kids to the adults. I did not get the biscuit issue that some people mentioned. I just made sure that it was well mixed and everything turned out fine. I also did not let it sit overnight. I assembled and made it all at once and it was still very good. I left off the chili's because the cheese I bought had chili's in it and it had a very nice kick. There were no leftovers and requests for me to make it again the next morning.
