Dawn's Easy Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies
These were excellent! I took a chance on these for a cookie exchange party, and I was happy I did! I left out the bourbon, coconut and pecans, and they still turned out great.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This turned out awesome and so moist - everyone who tried it loved and I got several requests for the recipe. The only change I made was substituting 1/2 of the oil with unsweetened apple sauce and I used regular chips instead of mini. Will definitely be making this again!

Neat Sloppy Joes
Making the recipe exactly as described, I thought it tasted mostly like tomato soup. Something was missing, so I added more worchestire sauce and a little bit of bbq sauce, and it was pretty good.
