Cranberry-Pumpkin Cookies

These cookies turned out so moist and flavorful. The little bursts of cranberry add a yummy surprise. I will be making these every year.

Pesto Polenta Lasagna

This dish was too dry. There isn't enough sauce or cheese to make it taste anything like lasagna. It was just a waste of my time and money...
