I'm a wife & mom, working from home. My kitchen is small with no counter space so my cooking is rather inhibited, but I do enjoy cooking and creating in the kitchen. I love to Bake. Baking is my favorite. But I do love quick and easy, simple ingredients, and recipes that are fresh-tasting and hearty. Christmas time was ALWAYS a "party" in the kitchen. From snacks to cookies to candies to breads - it was always a BIG extravaganza and I enjoyed it. We enjoyed family dinners together while I was growing up, and I enjoy that with my own family now. Sweet potato pie. My husband flips out over it every time I make it. Macaroni & cheese. I followed the recipe and it came up glumpy and gloppy. It was awful.
