Chinese Tea Leaf Eggs

We loved these. The second time we made them we experimented a little by substituting a mix of memmi, potsticker sauce and a touch of rice vinegar instead of soy sauce and now my boyfriend is practically addicted to these.

Good Ol' Alabama Sweet Tea

Very good tea. As for all the complaints about too much sugar, I think that's more just a matter of taste. I was practically raised on VERY sweet tea, and this was just right.

Green Tea Mint Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
Green tea icecream with mint leaves as a garnish (and a light flavoring) has been my favorite treat for years. These cookies were an awesome mimic of that treat. I loved them.

BBQ Eggs

Okay, I have to agree that the color is a bit unappetizing. However we used this recipe for the scrambled eggs part of some breakfast burritos and it was by far the best batch we have ever had. The egg mix is suspect would also be good to use for a chicken omlete.
