I love to make people happy with my cooking. Soups,Stews,new things. Spinach pie,my daughter would eat it everyday if I made it that often. Beef Wellington about 15 yrs ago. Shocked at how great it turned out. When I was 9, I was making pancakes for my 2 younger brothers and had way too much grease in the pan flipped the pancakes and splashed grease down my legs. Had to hide the burns from my parents because I Knew what was going to happen. Thank god I don't use grease like that anymore
