ive been into cooking before my teens.Always trying out something new.Im now 40.Mother of a 20 yr.old son who LOVES to eat.Plus i always have friends over,so im always in the kitchen. My favs is hard to put as 1.I love to try everything.Ill ask them"whats for dinner" and thats what ill make.But,we are Italian so i guess thats the most cooked. I follow Tanksgiving,Christmas recipes i learned from my grandmother.Its so good..Exspecially the ham at Christmas.The glaze is made with mustard and its sweet.Yumm I cooked for a mediteranian restaraunt.I loved it. I made chicken cordon bleu.It was perfect.But i cooked it in a glass dish. When i took it out of the stove i set it on a wet counter and the dish exploded.Glass everywhere..
