This is really good country cooking dish! But you have to cut the butter to 1/2 stick otherwise it will be too greasy.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

Turned out fantastic. Just be careful to check the power of your microwave. If its stronger than 700W be sure to lessen the time the recipe calls for.
