I have always love to cook. Not just for me but for other people, I like getting criticized on my food so I can make it better every time. Since the economy has been sliding down hill I have been trying to make as many things as i can homemade and I have found that I love the allrecipies website! I am a carpenter and I built my own home here in Az...with a huge kitchen!! just about any type of chicken, lasagna, shepherds pie, mexican food! no real traditions. I make things up as I go along. Nothings really a tragedy...just more of a learning experiance.
