Cheesy Sausage Pasta
Quick and easy meal to make. I recommend adding a bit of heat to the meal (I added cayanne to give it a bit of a kick). And I used a mix of cheeses (Italian four blend) to give it more flavor. Loved it and it was really easy to make on a busy week day night.

Chicken Tikka Masala
This was amazing! I love to experiment with Indian cooking and I have to say this was an easy recipe and it tasted better then most Indian places I go. The only suggestion that I have is to omit the salt and if you are not a spicy person cut the cayanne by half. Enjoy!
