Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions
Loved it! I simmered the whole concoction all day long and it was wonderful. The first time I made it I cut the sausages and used it as a side dish which every one seemed to really enjoy. The second time I made it I kept the sausages whole and bought some hard rolls. Sausage sandwiches with the pepper mixture on top, oooohhhh just thinking about it makes me really hungry.
