Seven Layer Taco Dip
This recipe serves quite a few people. I warmed it up in the oven until the cheese melted. It served 12 people at a tennis tournament, 8 people at a poker tournament later that night, and there was still enough for two of us the next day. Everybody loved it! Plus, the melted cheese on top made it easy to travel with without the worry of making a mess.

Frosted Banana Bars
This didn't turn out how I had originally expected. The bars without the frosting were perfectly moist after 25 mintues and had the perfect amount of flavor. I bought premade frosting to use. I taste-tested right after baking and was hesitant to use the frosting. I put frosting on a few squares, but it wasn't nearly as good and just eating them plain. I'm not sure if it would've been better with home-made cream cheese frosting or not. They were great all by themselves.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This made way too much and turned out really salty.
