I am 29 and am the only one in my household who loves to cook so it's nice to have this type of outlet for me especially considering my mother wouldn't know a good recipe if it hit her in the face:) Comfort food. I like to take old favorites and put my own spin on it. There really weren't any. But my friend (and second mother) has this Thanksgiving tradition where Thanksgiving is an all day affair. She cooks the day before and then all of us trickle in and eat as we feel like it. So it's really an all day pig out fest.
