I live in Amarillo, Tx, and I love to cook and try new recipes. We also have breakfast every Sunday morning{Hard Core Breakfast Club} out in the country at our place with all our friends. We have many potluck dinners! I enjoy the fellowship and great feasts that we have! I love to cook lasagna, bbq, and all kinds of burgers, casseroles, and my favorite is mexican food!!! Instead of Turkey for Christmas or Thanksgiving, sometimes my mother would make chickenette, yummo!! We just love to eat, so there is many we have, it depends on the occassion! We will always love our rats{stuffed jalapenos with cream cheese{pineapple} and wrapped in bacon{thick}!
