Teriyaki Onion Burgers
I make this recipe but use fresh chopped onions instead of the fried onions specified. It's a great burger that my family enjoys

Tuscan Soup
I make this soup but also add some slices of pepperoni, canneloni beans, and bite sized pieces of a chicken breast. I use escarole instead spinach as I prefer its flavor. Usually will omit the milk as I prefer a more brothy style soup.

Very good and easy recipe - just time consuming because it must be started 3 days ahead of time. My husband especially enjoyed the sauce that he put over noodles as well as the meat.
