I'm Puerto Rican, I'm a mother to three boys, Currently I'm a stay at home mom. I worked as a Medical/ Surgical Assistant for over 4 years. I first learned how to cook the hard way, I lived on take out food, so when I got married I had to learn! I thankfully married someone who knew how to cook a few things and between what we both knew we survived. Over the years we have both developed a love for cooking and trying new recipes. Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, pretty much all foods! My family loves Spanish dishes Cooking my first Thanksgiving Dinner last year, successfully!
