Pork Chop Skillet Meal
You are my hero. I have such a hard time with chops (I think they know I don't really like them and just refuse to taste good). This was not only easy but very good as well. I even liked them and my husband and kids cleaned their plates. The whole one pan thing made clean up super easy as well.

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
These are the best peanut butter cookies ever. I don't usually do reviews because I tend to change all of my recipes. The only thing I did with these was added a little extra peanut butter. I did end up having to cook them for 20-21 min instead of the 18 but they turned out perfect. I am actually getting ready to make them for the second time in a week. The only note I have is to make sure to do the full batch. I only did 1/2 the first time and they were gone within 24 hours.

Sweet Potato Souffle
Great recipe. I am not a big fan of coconut so I did omit that but it still turned out great. I don't like the traditional brown sugar and marshmallow covered yams but using the white sugar inside and brown with the topping turned out so yummy. I can finally have sweet potatos with Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. Thank you.
