French Toast Stars
this recipe is wonderful. it has such a light, tasty flavor..however, next time, i would NOT fry in butter...it had way too strong a butter taste, which took away from the orange and cinnamon, in my opinion. i would rather use a good nonstick skillet and avoid using a greasing agent entirely.

Gingerbread Boys
well, i have to say i am slightly disappointed with this recipe, despite all the rave reviews. for starters, the taste was WONDERFUL. could not have tasted better! but they were way too hard and crunchy. i prefer a softer gingerbread. did anyone else's come out crunchy and hard? i'm not sure if there is any way i could modify it...
