Homemade Albondigas Soup

I didn't like this at all..I even added tomato paste to add flavor because I have a feeling there wasn't enough added flavor and even w/ that it wasn't good. i will not make this again.

Chinky's Mango Bread

This is a great recipe; although I could not really taste the mango as other reviewers noted, its the kind of recipe you can substitute so many other fruits or even cocoa powder to make a chocolaty loaf. My son is allergic to dairy so this is a perfect recipe he can enjoy too!

We really liked this dish..even my kids enjoyed it and they are picky. I didn't have the diced tomato so I added pasta sauce..next time I would add the diced fireroasted tomatoes because the pasta sauce was a little too thick. Great tastes though..will make again

This was really delicious and simple. The only change I made was browning up ground beef and adding it to the sauce..gave it a great extra flavor and texture. I will make this one again for sure.

Roasted Herb Chicken & Potatoes

This was delicious and I will make again for sure. Tender, and very tasty. The only change I man was using Balsamic Vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar (only because I didn't have any) and it gave it a great flavor..It smelled so good while roasting, I couldn't wait to dig in..this one is a keeper.

Chicken Pasta II

This was ok..the chicken got a bit dry. I added tomato paste to it which gave it a good flavor. The bacon was soggy after adding it to the dish so I didn't like that at all. I will not make this again.

Crispy Oven-Roasted Rosemary Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

This was just ok for me. I used Chorizo instead of the brawurst. The star of this dish were the potatoes. I added some sauteed onions when I brown the chicken too. It needed something like tomato sauce or even tomato paste would have added a nice flavor.

Pork Chops and Dirty Rice

I was not crazy about this dish; the rice was still a bit hard by the time the pork chops were ready to come out..THe taste was ok and chops tender but not impressed w/ this dish; I won't make again
