Sweet and Sassy Hash Browns
I followed the recipe as directed, however I did reduce the onion from 1 whole to 3/4 (of an onion). A typical 'hash brown' crust did develop, but other than that, I did not enjoy the combination of the seasonings, nor the overpowering flavor of onion. I am, almost always, a huge fan of onions in anything.

Omelet in a Mug
Delicious and easy to prepare. I used grated parmesean instead of cheddar, turned out great. Once the 'omelet' was cooked, I heated a burrito size tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds, then wrapped my egg mixture inside, and added a little salsa. Following others' advice I added a pat of butter to the mug before cooking, as well as adding a splash of milk to the eggs.

Crepes
So much simpler than I thought crepes would ever be! A non-stick skillet definitely helped, these were delicious made as directed. I served with homemade blueberry compote, lemon curd and sour cream. Thanks for a great recipe.
