Cranberry Apple Bread
This is very good!! I did add a tsp of vanilla for flavor, then a splash of milk and also a splash of cranberry-apple juice that I ironically had in the fridge. The dough was sticky, but it baked well. I baked for 35 minutes. And I tripled the recipe to make one loaf of bread and some trays of muffins. Can't wait to bring these to the family on Thanksgiving! Thank you for sharing!

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
This was probably the easiest dinner I ever put together - and it was delicious! I added a little bit extra on the spices and added a tsp of savory, and used garlic powder since I didn't have any fresh garlic. But it was great blend of spices. I sprinkled with mozzarella cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking - chicken was moist and delicious. Also, since I don't care for tomatoes, I covered some of the chicken with mushrooms instead. Worked great. Thanks for sharing!!

Flip Flop Grilled Chicken
I was looking for a different kind of chicken recipe and came across this one. It was very good - I will make again! Although next time, I will cut the amount of butter down (I didn't really like the buttery flavor with the beer taste). Also, I added some additional spices - about half an extra tbsp of steak seasoning, and a tbsp of Italian seasoning. I also cooked it for about half the time on an indoor grill and it turned out pretty good. My husband suggested adding chili powder next time, so I will be trying that as well. Good recipe, thank you for sharing!
