Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast
Sorry to say, despite following every step to the letter, I found this to be a bit on the bland side. Maybe it was just me, but I expected and usually enjoy a much stronger flavor in pot roast. I'm also surprised it didn't include celery. I will add that next time if I make this again.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
My only regret...I didn't have more of it. :) Yes, the sauce is VERY creamy, but it cooks into the fish and yet doesn't overcome the fish itself. FANTASTIC!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
As delicious as this sounded to make, I was SO tempted to bake it without the foil covering for the last 20 minutes or so, and maybe I will because my family LOVES a crispy coating on potatoes au gratin, but just as it is this is an outstandingly good and easy to prepare receipe. YUMM!!!
