I'm a married father of two girls, Emily 4 1/2 and Elizabeth, almost 3. I'm a General Contractor and a former musician, (semi-retired) I love to play guitar and sing, read, and i am also a War of 1812 re-enactor. Oh and I love hockey. Go Leafs Go!! Pizza, chili, pasta, sheperds pie, soups, cabbage rolls, pancakes, cheesecake (apple caramel) My mother makes a killer Irish oven stew but i have not aquired her recipe as of yet. We also love to have gigantic turkey dinners as we have a large Irish family. I once made a jumbalaya ( is that how you spell it?) and took it to a party and then didn't get any because it was gone so fast!! Unfortunately, people have asked me to make it again and i can't remember how! Once, long ago when I was first dabbling in cooking I tried to make spaghetti and burned the noodles so bad when they were combined with the sauce it contaminated everything so the whole mess just tasted like burnt!!
