Well...I am a proud Mommy of two fun boys. Tyler is almost 10 and Tanner is almost 6. I am very active in their school. I work the afterschool daycare too. I am 27 years old and I have been married for almost 7 years now to my middle school sweetheart, Brooks. He is the love of my life. I enjoy doing whatever is on the kids list for the day. They keep me very busy with football and baseball. We are always on the go. I love taking pic. of them. Pictures last forever and ever. Looking back at them when they were small and looking at them now, it takes my breath away. So, all the cooking and baking I do I do it for my family. They love all the sweets I make. My Grandmother is very big on baking. So I think that's where I get my skills from. She is the GREATEST cook in the world! She makes the very best fudge and oatmeal raisin cookies you could ever imagine. Well, that's about all I think. Yall take care.

Yellow Pound Cake
This was very good! This was my very first pound cake and I made it for Christmas and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it. I didn't have to throw any of it out. The only thing I will do different next time is shorten the cook time. Which I do think it is all on how good your oven is and mine is pretty powerfull. I always shorten my bake times. I think it would have been more moist had I only cooked it about 65 min. or so. I did shorten it some. I cooked it about 75min. But it really was delicious!! I would absolutely make this again. Very easy and yummy!!

Apple Delight
I followed the recipe to the T, mine was horrible. Very mushy. I won't make this one again.
