Gingerbread Biscotti

These are sooo yummy! As others, I substituted (same amount of melted)butter for oil and shortened the first baking time to 15 mins! Perfect! The lovely, spicy christmas smell in the whole house is a bonus!!!

Cheese Souffles

This must be THE BEST (would love to give it more stars)! Never made a souffles or eaten a soufles, but had a special birthday request for one today. Saw this recipe and tried it out! Oh yummy, easy & quick to make (made 1 big one for 12 people), and so tasty! Disappearead in no time at all> Thanks for sharing this very easy & yummy recipe!

Puff Pastry Pizza

Very quick to make. Used all sorts of topping I had in fridge. Did not pre-cook, but scoref 2cm border around dough where I put no filling, then baked for 25 min at 180C. Yummy
