This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The hush puppies came out perfect!!! I kept the recipe exactly the same, and just added about 2 tablespoons of milk.

I have made this twice. The first time, I followed the recipe to the "t", using boneless, skinless breasts. The second time I made it, I realized last minute I didn't have lime! So I substituted lemon juice (and was skeptical), but it turned out great!! The lemon juice was not as noticeable as the lime, but it still gives a nice zest. 5 stars!
