Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

My husband says: "if i could rate this any higher I would...and from now on if it's "TACO NIGHT" it's definitely has to be this recipe" lol.....It was better than expected...I wasn't thinking that the mixture of the seasoning was going to be "great"...but it turned out nicely...I took the suggestions below adding cilantro...but i kept the oregano...and i also added a few toppings "chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño" and I marinated the chicken in the seasonings before saute-ing it....and then added extra lime juice and olive oil as well...(and a touch of cumin and cayenne pepper...we like it hot and spicy!) very delicious...my husband thoroughly enjoyed it...I will be making this one again!

Fish Tacos

This is sooo good and tastes just like San Diego! I miss it so much and I don't have a Rubio's nearby! I've made it several times already and didn't even have enough time to review it! It is PERFECT! No variation to it! Thank you so much for the recipe! NOTE: I've made this a MILLION times now! It never gets old. It is so GOOD! LOVE LOVE it! NEW NOTE: IF I COULD GIVE THIS MORE STARS I WOULD!!!! LOVE IT!!!! THANK YOU!

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake

Wow! It was AMAZING! Everyone wanted a copy of the recipe. I ended up having to log on to allrecipes and print out several copies! And now I'm making it again! YUM! Never going to want to BUY pound cake AGAIN! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

I wasn't too fond of the texture....I used Margarine maybe if that's why but everything else was the same....although I omitted the walnuts didn't think that would make a difference....it was too bland so i added a cup of white chocolate chips.....a bit too soft...

Jewish Coffee Cake

I'm only giving it 4 stars because I took a lot of suggestions from the reviews so it changed the recipe a bit! But overall great recipe....fantastic recipe with the following changes (using yogurt instead of sour cream and 1 1/4 cup yogurt) and cinnamon instead of powdered sugar.... and that's it! 5 stars!

Chicken Lo Mein

Extra: I added a tablespoon of (Asian) garlic chili sauce (warning it's HOT!!!), I used 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for the meat and 2 for the sauce, I omitted the minced garlic. I omitted the noodles (just ate it with rice) and I used 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour. I used white wine vinegar instead of rice vinegar. I omitted the water because I heard that it was too much liquid. Everything was divine! I loved the taste, I had to substitute so much because I didn't have the other ingredients or what not. But I will definitely be making this again! Thanks so much!

Rich Chocolate Brownies

I don't know...maybe I did something wrong too, but the brownie mixture did not "form" correctly it crumbled...and for the frosting it was too watery, it didn't even "frost". I followed the measurements exactly..maybe this recipe isn't for me. It tasted alright but not the way I was hoping it to...

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

My family loved it! I will be making this over and over again! Thank you so much! Only thing different is I used strawberry jam and I melted it first for better consistency and then I used water instead of milk for the "frosting".

Pfeffernusse Cookies

My husband has been searching for this type of cookie for awhile. I tried to make it for him and well it didn't turn out so well. I'm sure this recipe is worth 5 stars on my next try but I just cannot figure out right now why it's round and flat! It doesn't look anything at all like the picture and my husband says it should taste "crumbly and sorta hard...but not crunchy and not soft"! and it's not round like a truffle ball!
