Extra: I added a tablespoon of (Asian) garlic chili sauce (warning it's HOT!!!), I used 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for the meat and 2 for the sauce, I omitted the minced garlic. I omitted the noodles (just ate it with rice) and I used 4 tablespoons of all purpose flour. I used white wine vinegar instead of rice vinegar. I omitted the water because I heard that it was too much liquid. Everything was divine! I loved the taste, I had to substitute so much because I didn't have the other ingredients or what not. But I will definitely be making this again! Thanks so much!
