Fruit Pizza I
I made this for a Memorial Day family cookout and everybody raved over how wonderful it was!! I will definitely be making this again!! I did use the store bought sugar cookie dough and added about a 1/4 container of cool whip to the topping mixture and it was just so yummy! I also love the many different ways the cookie can be shaped and decorated with different fruits for different looks and tastes - I made an american flag with blueberries and strawberries (see in photos)
