Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
These were by far the best muffins I have ever tasted. Even my friend who is a total food snob loved them. We fought over them in our house. The texture was great. I did double the coffee. Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This tasted just like my grandmother's dumplings! We loved this. Next time, though, I will double this recipe so we have some leftovers!!
