Double Tomato Bruschetta
This is the BEST bruschetta I have ever had! Everyone asks for the recipe every time I make it or else it is always requested at parties. The only thing I do different is to slice a brick of mozzarella cheese and put slices on the top of the mixture, it's less mess and also creates a little "blanket" to keep the mix on the bread. So Yummy!!
