Tasty! Mine only took 15 minutes to bake, so beware! Maybe it's because I added oats?

Italian Sausage and Stuffing

Pretty good, though my husband didn't like the mushrooms, so I might try bell peppers instead next time.

Crab Cakes II

I tried it with canned crab meat and it was pretty good (though it didn't need any extra salt). Needs some sort of sauce, though.
