Simple Country Ribs
This is a great recipe! I added beer instead of water and probably boiled them an hour and then put them on the grill on low because I had other stuff on grill for maybe 45 minutes? I am shocked at how juicy they are. I have cooked them for 5 hours on low and they are never this good!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas
This really took a long time to prepare and it just wasn't that great. We are from Texas and found it to be "blah". Needed a "kick". My husband thought it needed carne asada sauce on top. I was bummed.

Janine's Best Banana Bread
Excellent! Added an egg and tsp vanilla. Did have to turn oven down to 325 half way through
