Sunny Corn Bread Muffins
These are very good!!! I added finely chopped Jalapeno peppers with the seeds and membranes removed and they were perfect

Corn Chip Pie
I went by the recipe but added 3 minced jalapenos, !/2 lb hamburger, 3 cloves of garlic minced and 1/3t cumin I cooked all of the add ons togeather then added chile beans

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce
Great recipe!! I did however make a few changes, I used fettuccine, 8 cloves of garlic, 3/4tps of red pepper flakes, 5Tbs of vodka,1/3 cup of parsley and 1Lb. of hot Italian sausage. Obviously I like intense flavors and this recipe delivered!
