Southwestern Egg Rolls

omg these are amazing, i make them allllll the time. it is sooooo good. i smash up avocados and mix in buttermilk ranch and sour cream for an awesome dip to dip them in. oh and you can put them in flour tortillas or the traditional egg rolls. i do the egg roll wraps when im too impatient to freeze them first lol

i love this stuff! around these parts though this is not enough. we put them in large clean (new) 30 gallon trash cans and make at least 5 times this recipe.....lol.....its a good time.

Beef Egg Rolls

OMG these are awesome....i made this recipe last week for the first time ever making eggrolls and they were to die for, my best friend loved them and is coming over tomorrow to make them with me again, we are hooked and it makes a great left over! making these with a version of southwestern eggrolls like chili's restaurants! yum! so easy and sooooo good!

Slippery Nipples

the point of the name is to put grenadine at the end and it sinks to the bottom of the shot glass and looks like a boob with a nipple at the bottom becuz of the shape of the inside of the glass. but these are awesome i like them alot!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

i love corn casserole and yes this is very easy and very good. will make again and again. One person said you really have to love corn to love this dish, well yeah it is after a all a corn casserole, lol....just kinda found that amusing. if i didnt like corn so much i probably wouldnt have even attempted it.

Egg in a Hole

my advice to people is when I learned this recipe at like 8 years old, I took the bread buttered it both sides, and took a small mouth glass and pressed down to cut the perfect circle (hole) in the middle of the bread, put it on the stove and added the egg to the hole, salt and peppered, flipped and cooked the little cut out circle as well. it never burned. Never even tried bacon, I was too little then lol.

Elaine's Sweet and Tangy Loose Beef BBQ

love it! I am making maid rites and these sandwiches this weekend for my toddler's bday party! Cant wait to eat them on Sunday!! I don't know if the time is right or not cuz I always cook in my slow cooker for longer, I usually cook it for like 5-6 hours before shredding and then at least 2 hours or more after cooked thru.
