I have always lived in Maine.I am a single mom of 1 child a daughter who is 18 and on her way to collage. I love to cook, I am so glad I found this place, to get and send some of my recipes,I was getting bored with the same 'ol same'ol. I worked in a few restaurants.I do breakfast. Now work with animals, my life long passion.

Grilled Apple and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
It sounded different, so I tried it. It was real good,but I wanted more so I added a slice of ham and cinnamon it was very flavorful,real good both ways.

Turkey a la King
this was really good. I added diced onion and chopped Roma tomato for color(and it is really good for you) I added 1/2 cup more broth and a tablespoon more of flour because of the extra veggies.oh and chopped garlic. I LOVE GARLIC!! served on mashed taters. I would do this one again.easy and inexpensive.
