Turkey Pot Pie II
Thanks for the great recipe. Made my own pie crust and coated the pie pan with butter flavored shortening. Used soy milk instead of regular milk and added some additional spices (a few dashes of cayenne, rosemary and thyme). Also sauteed garlic with the onion (I can never have a dish without garlic!) Add a bit a flour for thickness and extra turkey and veggies. Fantastic! Thanks again.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
This was fantastic! Such a simple dish. I usually modify some of the recipes I get from allrecipes however, I didn't alter this one at all. I made it for company this past weekend and my 11 yr old ate most of it. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Creamy Butternut Squash With Cinnamon Soup
This soup was fantastic!! Went to a friend's house for Thanksgiving and had to make enough to serve 16. My friend is a chef and has a degree in culinary arts. Her and her husband said it was the best Butternut Squash soup they ever had. Took some advice from others and baked the squash beforehand. Also, steamed two apples and two carrots to purée with the squash. You have to adjust the measurements according to your taste. The soup should stick to a coated spoon. Thanks so much!
