Three Berry Pie
Very tasty, but the filling had too much liquid, even with 1/4c cornstarch. I used frozen berries, which I thawed for 20-30 minutes before baking, but maybe I should have let it thaw longer? I wound up baking it for 70 minutes.

Amish White Bread
Good recipe! I have substituted 2 cups of whole wheat flour and cut back on the sugar as others have suggested. I made 1/2 the dough into a loaf and the other half into rolls (baked for 15 minutes) and they were soft and yummy. The loaf was a little too light with only 1/4 c sugar, but was better with 1/2 c. Will make again!

Pumpkin Pancakes
These were delicious! Light and fluffy with a mild pumpkin flavor. I made it a second time with some ground ginger and allspice for a bit more flavor, which turned out very well. I will definitely make these again! Loved it!
